Greens Choice LLC is a family-owned specialty baking and confectionery supplier serving home bakers, professional pastry chefs, chocolatiers, bakeries, restaurants, food manufacturers, retailers, and food service businesses across the United States. We specialize in sourcing premium baking ingredients, chocolate-making supplies, cake decorating products, and professional tools from some of the world’s leading European and American brands.
Our portfolio includes respected names such as Martellato, Chocolate World, Silikomart, Louis François, Gold Chef, Fat Daddio’s, PME, AmeriColor, Ann Clark, LorAnn Oils, and many other trusted European and American brands. We are also proud to introduce Lakeside Cocoa, our premium chocolate and confectionery brand featuring an exclusive range of high-quality chocolate fillings, dessert sauces, and specialty ingredients developed for both professional kitchens and passionate home bakers.

Our Journey
Greens Choice officially launched its online store in December 2025, and since then we have been focused on building relationships within both the baking industry and the Erie business community.
Over the past several months, we have actively participated in trade shows, networking opportunities, and community events both in Erie and across the country. Earlier this year, we proudly sponsored the MBA’s Women in Leadership Conference at the Bayfront Convention Center, supporting one of Erie’s premier professional events.
In June, we exhibited at the Retail Confectioners International (RCI) Candy Convention in Indianapolis, where we introduced our Lakeside Cocoa premium chocolate brand to confectionery professionals from across North America. The response to the launch was incredibly encouraging and reinforced our vision of bringing premium confectionery products to the U.S. market.
We are proud members of both Retail Confectioners International (RCI) and the Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA), organizations that have provided valuable opportunities to connect with industry professionals and the local business community. We are also excited to have recently joined the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership, and we look forward to becoming even more involved in supporting and collaborating with fellow businesses throughout the region.

Why Erie?
Although I come from a family with generations of experience in the food and baking industry, I have called Erie home for several years and have grown genuinely fond of this community. During my time here, I realized that Erie was where I wanted to build something meaningful and establish a business that could contribute to the local economy.
Coming from a family business, I have always dreamed of bringing a part of that heritage and passion to the United States. Erie has given me the opportunity to turn that dream into reality. From local organizations to fellow business owners and neighbors, I have experienced nothing but encouragement and support, and I couldn’t be more thankful for such a welcoming community to build Greens Choice from the ground up.

About Our Expansion
Our new location represents an exciting milestone as we open our Retail showroom in Erie. This enables us to better serve customers nationwide while also providing local bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, restaurants, and baking enthusiasts with access to premium baking and chocolate-making supplies that were previously difficult to source locally.
As we continue to grow, our goal is to create local employment opportunities, support fellow businesses, and help establish Erie as a destination for premium baking and confectionery supplies. We look forward to becoming an active part of the community for many years to come.
