This is the fourth Knowledge Breakfast in a Series of seven. This series is new for 2025. 

The fourth breakfast of 2025 gives you the opportunity to learn more about the City of Erie CRIZ (City Revitalization and Improvement Zone).  Governor Shapiro formally authorized the City of Erie CRIZ in early 2025.  Come here from CRIZ Executive Director, Brian Pollitto, provide an overview of CRIZ, actions to date and underway, and when we expect to start seeing the direct impact of CRIZ in Erie.  Then, here from local developers Drew Whiting (EDDC), Chuck Peters (Altair Real Estate), Christy Blashock (Erie Insurance), and Tina Mengine (Erie County Redevelopment Authority) who share their thoughts on how CRIZ will be transformation for the City of Erie.
