Since opening in November 2025, Falcone’s Kitchen has steadily expanded its operations and offerings. What began with dinner service only, has grown into a full-service dining destination open seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner daily, Happy Hour features Monday through Thursday, and a Sunday brunch offering. Guests can also order Falcone's for takeout, enjoy seasonal rooftop dining on the restaurant’s rooftop terrace, and host private parties and special events.
“Our first year has been an exciting journey, and we’re grateful for the support we’ve received from the Erie community,” said Michael Keller, General Manager and Managing Partner. “We opened with a vision for what Falcone’s Kitchen could become, and it’s been rewarding to watch that vision grow. Expanding our hours and services, opening our rooftop, and introducing private events have allowed us to welcome more guests and find new ways to bring people together over great food.”
Rooted in a family history that traces back to Troia, in Italy’s Puglia region, the Falcone name carries generations of culinary tradition. That heritage inspires the restaurant’s menu, which includes classic Italian favorites, housemade pasta, sauces and meatballs, brick-oven Neapolitan-style pizzas, salads, desserts and seasonal offerings.
The restaurant also offers a wine selection created by sommelier and Assistant General Manager, Mallory Milkowski, which features 23 wines by the glass and more than 130 bottles from around the world. In their first year of business, Falcone’s Kitchen earned Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence, recognizing its wine program.
The restaurant’s rooftop dining space has added another inviting setting for food, drinks and gathering during the warmer months. Falcone's Kitchen has also expanded its offerings to accommodate private parties and special events, providing guests with opportunities to celebrate special occasions while enjoying the restaurant's food and hospitality.
As the restaurant approaches its one-year milestone, the ribbon cutting marks both a celebration of what has been accomplished and an opportunity to look ahead to continued growth in Erie.
“We’re proud of what we’ve built in our first year, but we’re just getting started,” Keller added. “We look forward to continuing to serve our community, welcoming new guests, and creating memorable experiences around the table.”
